Empeiria 110 has a maximum building capacity of 299 people. Our outdoor pavilion can also accommodate up to 299 for a ceremony. For the best flow and to allow for extra space between tables and chairs, we do however, recommend a guest count in the 200-250 range. This range will also alleiviate more space for your dance floor.
There is a 50% down payment plus a $500 refundable security deposit due the day of booking to secure your date.
You may cancel the scheduled event in writing or by email up to 180 days prior to your event date. You will forfeit 50% of the rental deposit and 100% of the security deposit. Cancellations less than 180 days will forfeit 100% of your deposit and 100% of the security deposit.
You must provide a $500 damage/security check deposit along with the signed rental agreement within 10 days of the online booking and rental deposit. The damage/security deposit may be refundable after the event as long as there is no damage done to the facility and grounds.
Yes. All tables and chairs are included with Rentals. Please see our pricing page for packages and pricing.
Table service is not included.
We allow for self-catering or use of a licensed caterer. We are happy to provide you with a list of caterers in our local area that do a variety of food. You can find that list under the Vendors tab.
You may choose to have family or friends cater and serve the food. They will however need to sign our catering contract.
Yes, we have a 3-way liquor permit. State Law requires that all alcohol be provided by Empeiria 110 and can be served by provided bartenders only.
We have a wide variety and offer multiple bar packages to try to meet every need.
Access is given from 9:00 AM (EST) to 11:30PM (EST) the day of the event. Music and Events must end no later than 10:30pm (EST)
There will be an onsite team member the entire day to ensure everything runs smoothly with the venue. They are not a coordinator, but they will be there to help and answer any questions as needed.
There may be an opportunity for you to have a 1 ½ rehearsal the Thursday before your event. There would be an additional charge. You will need to check with the Empeiria 110 team on availability.
Be sure to ask us about our transformation package which includes a 1 ½ hour rehearsal.
