I am super excited that the time is finally here! We have had to face a lot of hurdles to get to this point. Years have passed since we first decided to build a venue. We have purchased and stored authentic beams and weathered wood since the winter of 2015. We have brought in and planted over seventy-five 15’+ trees in that past 3 years. There have been hours of family meetings, Google searches, Pinterest pages, and months of waiting on all the state approvals.

It has been a lot of fun designing and creating a space that will stay trendy for years to come. Fortunately, my family is very creative and skilled in construction and repurposing.  We did run into a few challenges and surprises along the way that delayed our building process, but we pushed forward.  We are eager to create a beautiful industrial space to host many different events for our community and beyond. You can be sure that I will be keeping you posted during the progression of the building process.
